Only individuals aged 21 years or older may register and hold an account on 1cinta. Age verification is mandatory. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are subject to suspension and forfeiture of associated bonus funds.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly at the point of offer.

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 1cinta (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the 1cinta online gaming platform accessible at https://1cinta.cam and any associated mobile applications, subdomains, or related services.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 1cinta, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. To register and maintain an account on 1cinta, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
1cinta reserves the absolute right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges pending verification.
To open an account with 1cinta, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You will be required to create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
1cinta operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Upon registration and prior to processing any withdrawal, you may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., MyKad for Malaysian residents, passport), proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement not more than three months old), and evidence of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. 1cinta shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
All 1cinta accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Once an account currency is set, it cannot be changed. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonus amounts, and wager calculations will be in MYR.
1cinta currently accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating institutions), direct bank transfer, and USDT on the TRC20 cryptocurrency network. The Platform may add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, beginning at RM30 for e-wallet channels. Maximum single deposit and daily aggregate limits are stated at the point of transaction and may be subject to change. Players in higher VIP tiers may be eligible for enhanced limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Subject to completion of KYC verification, e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically completed within five to fifteen minutes. Direct bank transfers may take up to sixty minutes. These are indicative processing times and may vary during periods of high demand or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's account must be fully verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied; (c) withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same account holder; (d) 1cinta reserves the right to perform additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 1cinta may apply an administrative maintenance fee of RM10 per month to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied and are encouraged to contact support to reactivate their account.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 1cinta are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and take precedence over these General Terms where there is a conflict. Players are responsible for reading all applicable bonus terms prior to opting in.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Sports betting contribution rates are stated in the applicable promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.
1cinta reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional offers, collusion between players, or any other form of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, wagering on opposing outcomes to minimise risk while qualifying for bonus funds.
Only one promotional offer may be active on a Player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit the current active promotion before opting into a new one. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
Each game available on 1cinta is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed in the interface and any other communication, the rules displayed in the game interface shall prevail.
In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game, 1cinta reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the Player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. The Platform shall not be liable for any alleged loss of winnings arising from a system or network failure beyond 1cinta's reasonable control.
All casino games offered on 1cinta — including slots, table games, and virtual products — use Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified to meet recognised standards for fairness and randomness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Sports betting markets on 1cinta — covering football (including Liga Super Malaysia and the English Premier League), UFC, and other sports — are governed by the sports betting rules published on the Platform. All markets are subject to settlement in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1cinta Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: 1cinta complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where required by law.
1cinta is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered Players at any time through account settings or upon request to our support team.
Available responsible gambling tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); loss limits; session time limits and reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary account access restrictions); and self-exclusion (available for periods from 30 days to permanent account closure).
Players who self-exclude will have their account access removed for the selected duration. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion — including registering a new account — will be treated as a breach of these Terms. Upon a permanent self-exclusion request, any balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player following identity verification.

All content on the 1cinta Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and game titles — is the exclusive property of 1cinta or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1cinta. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1cinta, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
1cinta's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 1cinta's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1cinta makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
1cinta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false identity or payment information; (c) the account has been used for any Prohibited Activity; or (d) the account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
Upon termination of an account for cause, 1cinta reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned to the Player where the circumstances permit and where no outstanding fraud investigation is active.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team at any time. The remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method following confirmation of identity. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1cinta's gaming licence is issued. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in the Player's jurisdiction of residence, such laws shall not be displaced by this clause to the extent that they cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
1cinta reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform, unless a different effective date is specified. Where amendments are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email to the address associated with their account.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account prior to the effective date of the amendment. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
